AC/Tehsildar

 ASSISTANT COMISHNER: 

Supervise and coordinate with the line departments in implementation Government Policies. Oversee law and order of the Sub-Division and keep posted the Deputy Commissioner. Act as representative of the Government as Sub-Division Level.

Power of Assistant Comishnor:

Requiring the discovery and production of any document. Receiving evidence on affidavits. Requisitioning of any public record or copy thereof from any court of office. Issuing commissions for the examination of witnesses the documents. Assistant Comish nor controlled overall Tehsil . AC has will power to face each and every problem  occur in Tehsil.

• AC can control overall tehsil. 
• Tehsildar are under the 
• All markets are under the AC
• Arazi Record Center are under the AC
• 3 Days are submit khooli kachari

LAND PROBLUM:

• All land problum AC can solve this
• All areas in any chak or Rurle or in City home matter AC can be solved 
• The gardien of government land is AC
• AC can cancel the any kind of mutation 

Power of Tehsildar :

The Revenue duties of Tehsildar are important. He is the Incharge of tehsil Revenue Agency and is responsible for proper preparation and maintenance of tehsil Revenue Record and Revenue Accounts. He is also responsible for recovery of government dues under the various Acts.

• Tehsildar can controll and transfer the order of AC 
• T/D are responsible of each order of AC 

Collecting land revenue.

• Providing caste certificates to the students.
• Keeping a track of the work done by the Patwari.
• Making sure that land records are kept safely.

• A Patwari does various types of works:
  

  • He measures land keeps land records.
    
  • He is responsible for a group of villages.
    
  • He maintains and updates the records of the village.
    
  • He is responsible for organising the collection of land revenue from the farmers and providing information to the government about the crops grown in the area.
